Sólo para niños (just for kids)

Public Advertisement conveys secret message to children!

A clever idea – a smart ad that displays different messages to adults and to children (worked out from height averages) created by GREY Spain for ‘Aid to Children and Adolescents at Risk foundation’ (ANAR).

It works on the positioning of a lenticular top layer, changing what is viewed, depending on what angle you view it at. At adults heights, above 4 foot 5 inches – the viewer will see a sad looking child with the caption “sometimes, child abuse is only visible to the child suffering it.”

When a child reads it – under the height of 4″5′ – the image shows a bruised boys face with the words “if somebody hurts you, phone us and we’ll help you” alongside the ANAR foundation’s short phone number.

The thinking behind it is aimed at empowering kids, and subtly inform those who may even be in the company of their aggressor at the time.

ANAR Foundation manages in Spain the european unique phone number 116 111, to attend children and teenagers under a risk situation.

kilian martin takes us on a magical skate through india

Sean Goff passed on this amazing video of Kilian Martin shot by Brett Novak called “India Within”. I have watched it over and over and have been blown away by not only Kilian’s skating but the awesome filming of Brett who has captured the colours and people of India as they should be. So vibrant and technically perfect it is a joy to lose 4 minutes in this world.
